陕西榆林地区流动人口肺结核患者中实施跨区域转诊追踪管理的效果分析

The impact of Cross - regional referral and tracking management model on floating population living with pulmonary tuberculosis in Shanxi Yulin district

目的：分析陕西榆林地区流动人口肺结核患者中实施跨区域转诊追踪管理的效果。方法：将流动人口肺结核患者随机分作对照组与观察组，分别实施“常规跨区转诊”管理模式与“跨区域转诊追踪”管理模式，从痰菌转阴、治疗转归以及管治效果等三个方面评价两组患者的管理效果。结果：观察组2、3、6个月末痰菌转阴率分别为95．33％、98．O％、99．67％，显著高于对照组痰菌转阴率78．O％、89．33％、93．66％，观察组查规则痰率、规则治疗率以及系统管理率分别为96．33％、97．67％、92．0％，显著高于对照组（73．67％、90．33％、76．0％）；观察组治愈率（96．33％）与成功治疗率（96．67％）均显著高于对照组（69．67％，89．33％），以上差异均具统计学意义（P〈0．05），结论：对流动人口肺结核患者实施跨区域转诊追踪管理，可增加患者治疗的依从性以及治愈率，提高治疗效果。

Objective：To investigate the impact of Cross regional referral management model on TB treatment interruption among floating population living with pulmonary tuber- culosis （PTB） in Shanxi Yulin district. Methods ：The floating population living with PTB was randomly divided into observation group and control group,which implemented cross - re- gional referral and tracking and Conventionalcross -regional referral management model respectively. Treatment efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results：The sputum neg- ative conversion rate of observation group were 95.33% ,98.0% ~99.67% respectively in 2 ~ 3 ~6 months , significantly higher than those in the control group （ 78.0% ,89. 33%, 93.66% ） , the regular treatment rate, reug]ar sputum examination rate and systematic management rate were 96. 33% ,97.67% ,92. 0% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group（73.67% 70. 33% ,76.0% ）. cure rate（96.33% ）and completed treatment rate（97.6% ） of observation group were significantly higher than those in con- trol group（ 69.67%, 89.33% ）, these differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： The cross - regionla referal and tracing management mode is successful in man- agement of floating population with TB and can be promoted in TB management.
