摘要
目的：对survivin在稽留流产患者绒毛及蜕膜组织中表达进行分析。方法用免疫组化法检测稽留流产和正常旱孕妇女绒毛和蜕膜组织中survivin的表达。结果：Survivin表达稽留流产组绒毛显著低于早孕组（P〈0．05），但稽留流产组蜕膜与早孕组相比无显著性差异（P〉0．05），早孕绒毛组织survivin的最大阳性强度显著高于蜕膜组织（P〈0．05）。结论Survivin在稽留流产细胞凋亡中可能发挥作用。
Objective： To study the expressions of Survivin in chorionic villus and decidual tissue during missed abortion. Methods ： The immunohistochemistry method was used to study the distribution of the survivin in the cells of chorionic villus and deciduas tissue in missed abortion and normal pregnancy women. Results： The expression of Survivin of chorionic villus in missed abortion decreased significantly compared with that normal pregnancy （P 〈 0. 05 ） but The expression of Survivin of decidual tissue in missed abortion group not difference compared with that in normal pregnancy group （P 〉 0. 05 ）, chorionic villus max positive intensity increased significantly compared with decidual tissue in normal preg- nancy group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Survivin play an important role during missed abortion.
