中西医结合治疗老年痴呆50例的临床体会

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗老年痴呆的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年6月～2015年1月之间我院收治的老年痴呆患者100倒，按照随机方法将其均分为两组。对照组单纯采用西医方式治疗，口服都可喜，观察组进行中西医结合治疗，在对照组的基础上加用中药汤剂，治疗3个月后观察、比较两组的临床疗效。结果：对照组患者治疗的总有效率为82．0％，显效率为24．0％，均小于观察组（总有效率为98％，显效率为40．0％），P〈0．05，差异显著。结论：采用中西医结合的方法治疗老年痴呆，能够有效减轻患者的临床症状，提高其智力、记忆力与生活自理能力，疗效良好，值得在临床上进行推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of senile dementia with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. Methods： from June 2014 to January 2015, 100 patients with senile dementia were randomly divided into two groups according to the random method.. The control group was treated with western medicine treatment and Duxil, the observation group were in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined treatment, Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group, 3 months after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups of clinical curative effect. Conclusion： the method by combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of senile dementia, can effectively reduce the patients＇ clinical symptoms and improve the intelligence, memory and life self - eaie ability, good curative effect, it is worth in clinical promotion.
