硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病临床探讨

目的：探讨硝苯地平缓释片对高血压合并糖尿病进行治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2014年1月～2015年1月之间于我院接受治疗的200例高血压合并糖尿病患者，按照（0，1）随机方法将其均分为两组。对照组口服依那普利治疗，观察组口服硝苯地平缓释片治疗，8周后（4疗程）比较两组的降糖和降压疗效。结果：两组患者治疗前的血糖水平无明显差异，P〉0．05；经过治疗，两组的餐后2h血糖水平与空腹血糖水平均有所下降，但是观察组的降低幅度较大，血糖值低于对照组，P〈0．05，差异显著；对照组降压治疗的总有效率为65．0％，远小于观察组（99．0％），P〈0．05，差异显著。结论：采用硝苯地平缓释片对高血压合并糖尿病进行治疗，能够有效降低患者的血糖值，还能使其0理压力与身体压力减少，改善其生活质量，值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of Xiaobendiplng Huanshi Plan for hypertension and diabetes. Methods： from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital for treatment of 200 cases of hypertension combined with diabetes, according to （0, 1 ） randomly divided into two groups. And the control group was treated with enalapril, group oral nifedipine sustained - release tablets in the treatment of observation, after 8 weeks （4 weeks） were compared between the two groups of hypoglyeemic and antihypertensire effects. Results： there was no significant difference in two groups of patients before treatment, blood glucose levels, （P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, two groups of postprandial 2H blood glucose level and fasting glucose water average declined, but the observation group reduce greatly, the blood sugar value lower than the control group, P 〈 0. 05, the differenee was significant; the control of BP lowering treatment group total effective rate was 65.0%, far less than the observed group （99. 0% ） , P 〈 0. 05, the difference was significant. Conclusion： using nifedipine sustained - release tablets in the treatment of hypertension and diabetes, can effectively reduce the blood glucose value, still can make the psychological pressure and physical pressure reduced to improve the quality of life, worthy of clinical promotion.
