护士长运用“五常法”在骨科优质护理病房中的规范化管理

目的：探讨护士长运用“五常法”在骨科优质护理病房中的规范化管理效果。方法：回顾性分析本院40例骨科患者临床资料，将其随机分为观察组（n=20）和对照组（n=20），对照组实施常规临床护理，观察组实施“五常法”护理干预，观察分析两组护理满意度。结果：观察组患者满意度为100％，对照组患者满意度为80％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）．结论：“五常法”在骨科优质护理病房中的规范化管理较为科学，能提升患者满意度，值得推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the nurse using the ＂standardized management effect of 5＂ in the Del^artment of orthopedics of high quality nursing in wards. Methods： a retrospective analysis of our hospital in 40 cases of orthopedic patients clinical data, the were randomly divided into the observation group （ n = 20） and the control group （ n = 20）, the control group received the routine nursing, observation group, the implementation of ＂5S＂ nursing intervention to observe and analyze the nursing satisfaction of two groups. Results： in the observation group of patients satisfaction was 100%, the control group of patients satisfaction was 80%, the difference has statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： stand- ardized management in the Department of orthopaedics of quality care ward ＂5S＂ more scientific, can imvreve the satisfaction of patients, it is worth popularization and application.
