摘要
目的:探讨评价微信群平台在ICU优质护理服务中应用效果。方法:对ICU住院治疗前三天的病人家属102人,应用微信平台进行相关干预后对其焦虑和满意度结果进行评价分析。结果:干预前后家属的焦虑得分比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。家属满意度、照护满意度、决策满意度得分均有大幅度提高。结论:与家属进行信息有效沟通是ICU优质护理服务工作重点,也是保证医疗安全的重要工作内容。采取微信平台进行相关干预,能满足家属信息需求,显著降低其焦虑程度,从而提高对医疗护理服务满意度。
Objective:To study the evaluation WeChat group platform application effect in the ICU nursing service quality. Methods : the three days before the ICU hospitaliza- tion of patients' families, 102 people, after application WeChat platform related intervention on the anxiety and satisfaction Results evaluation analysis. Results: before and after the intervention in the families of anxiety score comparison was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Family satisfaction, satisfaction with care, decision - making satisfaction scores were in- creased significantly. Conclusion: the effective communication of information with the family of ICU high quality nursing service focus ~ also is the important work of the medical safety. Take WeChat platform related intervention, can satisfy the need of family information, and significantly reduce the degree of anxiety, thus improve the medical care service satisfaction.
