改良腋下“W”切口治疗腋臭105例疗效观察及手术要点

目的：探讨改良腋下“W”切口治疗腋臭的治疗效果及手术要点。方法：对105例（210侧）腋臭患者采用改良腋下“W”切口治疗腋臭，评估其治疗效果。结果：痊愈177侧，痊愈率：84．3％，显效30侧，总效率：98．6％，无1侧无效；血肿右侧12例（11．4％），左侧4例（3．8％），两侧比较P〈0．05，按性别分男10例（24．4％），女4例（6．3％），性别比较P〈0．05；7例出现伤1：2感染，术后明显瘢痕5例，4例为男性。所有患者无表皮明显坏死，上肢活动受限。结论：只要充分掌握手术技巧、细节和肩关节制动，改良腋下“W”切口治疗腋臭并发症少，切口较原来明显变短，伤口绝大多数恢复良好，治疗效果好。是较为理想的根治腋臭的手术方式。

Objective： To discuss the effects and operation points for treatment osmidrosis by modified ＂W＂incision axillary dissection. Method The effects were evaluated about modified ＂W＂ incision axiUary dissection to treat 105 osmldrosis patients （210 sides ）. Results To cure 177 sides （ 84. 3% ）, obvious effect was 30 sides, the total efficiency rate was 98. 6%, no side was invalid. Hematoma in right side was 12 cases（ 11.4% ）, and in left side was 4 cases （3.8%）, compared to both sids （P 〈 0. 05 ）, 10 eases was male （24.4%） ,4 ea- ses was female （ 6. 3 % ）, to gender compare （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Wound infection was 7 case, obvious scar was 5 case among them 4 cases were male. None of them has obvious epidermal necrosis and limitation of activity in upper limb. Conclusion If we master enough operation skills, details, restraint activity in shoulder joint, the method of modified ＂ W＂ incision axiUary dissection to treat osmidrasis was seldom complication, operative incision obvious shorter than before, scar recovery well in majority, treatment effect well,is the better choice of radical cure of osmidrosis.
