中西医结合治疗骨折延迟愈合效果观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗骨折延迟愈合患者的实际效果。方法：选取我院收治的骨折延迟愈合患者50例，按双盲法将其分成实验组和对照组各25例，两组都进行了切开复位以及钢板固定，对照组应用西医方案治疗，实验组患者应用中西医结合方案治疗，比较两组疾病治疗效果。结果：实验组骨折延迟愈合患者疾病治疗有效率为100．0％，与对照组的84．O％相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗骨折延迟愈合，效果满意，值得临床进一步应用推广。

Objective ： to observe the actual effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of patients with delayed union of fracture. Selection methods ： 50 patients with delayed union of fracture of our hospital, according to the double blind method is divided into experimental group and the control group （ n = 25 ）, open reduction and plate fixation were carried out in the two groups, control group using western medicine treatment, the experimental group patients application scheme of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, disease treatment effect compare two groups. Results： the patients with delayed union of fracture treatment effective rate was 100. 0%, compared with 84. 0% in the control group, the difference was statistically sigaaificant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of delayed union of fracture, the effect is satisfied, worthy of clinical application of further promotion.
