摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清HSP60浓度的变化及意义。方法:选择75例门诊研究对象,根据葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTr)结果分为正常对照组35例,T2DM组40例。测定其血清HSW00、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINs)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及血脂水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),并分析T2DM组HSP60与其余指标的相关性。结果:两组间体重指数(BMI)、腰/臀比(WHR)及血脂水平无明显差异(P〉0.05)。T2DM组FBG、FINs、HbA1c、HSP60及HOMA-IR水平明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),T2DM组HSP60与FINs及HOMA—IR呈正相关(P〈0.01)。结论:HSP60可能是一个与炎症反应相关,参与糖尿病发生发展的潜在因素。随着对HSP60及糖尿病发病机制的进一步研究,我们推测HSP60有可能成为预测2型糖尿病发生的一个新指标。
Objective: To understand the correlation between HSP60 concentration and patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM). Method :According to oral glucose tolerance test (OGTI') ,75 participants were divided into a control group of 35 participants and 40 patients with type 2 diabetes. Serum HSP60 ,fasting blood glucose( FBG), fasting insulin( FINs), glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbA 1 c) and blood lipids were tested for each subject, and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance index ( HOMA - IR) was calculated, and analyzed the correlation in T2DM group between HSP60 and the remaining indicators. Result:BMI,WHR and blood lipids did not show significant differences in two groups( P 〉 0. 05 ). FBG, FINs,HbA1 c,serum HSP60 and HOMA -IR of T2DM group were significantly increased than control group( P 〈0. 05 ). Moreover, HSP60 was positively correlated with FINs and HO- MA - IR(P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:HSP60 might be a factor underlying involved in inflammation, and participate in the occurrence and development of diabetes. With further study of HSP60 and pathogenesis of diabetes,we hypothesized that HSP60 may become a new indicator to predict type 2 diabetes.
