小金胶囊联合外用左旋C治疗黄褐斑疗效观察

目的：观察小金胶囊联合外用左旋C治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：将符合标准的65例患者随机分为两组，治疗组35例子以口服小金胶囊联合外用左旋维生素c，对照组30例予以口服维生素c片联合外用左旋C，两组均治疗3个月，观察两组的疗效差异。结果：治疗组起效明显早于对照组；治疗组有效率为8286％．对照组有效率为43．33％，两组有效率比较，治疗组明显高于对照组，χ2=11．04，P〈0．01，具有统计学意义。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论：小金胶囊联合外用左旋c治疗伴有肝郁、脾虚、肾虚相关病症的黄褐斑，起效快，疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

Objective： to observe the xiaojin capsule Oscar L - ascorbic acid clinical efficacy of topical treatment of melasma.
