100例高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤护理

目的：分析高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤护理效果。方法：抽选2011年4月-2014年5月，我院接收子宫肌瘤患者100例，按入院顺序分成两组（常规组、干预组），常规组患者临床基础性护理，干预组患者临床围术期护理，比对两组患者临床护理结果。结果：干预组患者临床并发症总率（6．0％）、护理满意率（96．0％）和常规组（260％、80．0％）相比，差异性鲜明（P〈0．05）。结论：子宫肌瘤高强度聚焦超声治疗期间实施围术期护理干预，效果突出，可降低临床并发症，提高生活质量，意义重大，值得使用。

Objective： to analysis of high intensity focused ultrasound treatment of uterine fibroids nursing effect. Method ： selected 2011 -2014, April, may, our hospital re- ceives 100 patients with uterine fibroids were divided into two groups according to admission order （normal group, the intervention group） and routine group of patients clinical basic nursing, clinical perioperative nursing intervention group patients, compared two groups of patients with clinical care results. Results： the total rate of intervention group patients clinical complications （6. 0% ） and nursing satisfaction rate （ 96. 0% ） compared with normal group （ 26. 0%, 80. 0% ）, the difference is distinct （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： uterine fibmids high intensity focused ultrasound treatment during the implementation of perioperative nursing intervention, the effect is outstanding, can decrease the clinical complications, and improve the quality of life, is of great significance, is worth using.
