目的：老年透析低血压的原因分析及防治对策。方法：针对50例肾功能衰竭的患者实行血液透析的资料进行分析。结果：出现低血压的原因主要有血容量的下降、血管反应性变化、I心脏病变、血管活性物质的变化。结论：针对病因采取相应的防护对策，确定合适的干体重，充分透析，积极治疗心脏病变。

Objective elderly dialysis hypotension analysis and countermeasures. The method implemented hemodialysis were analyzed for 50 cases of renal failure patients. The Results of the main reasons for low blood pressure decrease in blood volume, vascular reactivity change, change of heart, change of vasoactive substances. Conclusion take appropriate protective measures for the cause, determine the appropriate dry weight, adequate dialysis, aggressive treatment of heart attack
