自由体位分娩在胎头位置异常产妇分娩中的应用效果

目的：探究自由体位分娩在胎头位置并常产妇分娩中的应用效果，以便为临床提供指导。方法：选取2012年3月王2013年3月来我院分娩并检查出胎头位置异常的初产妇160例，按照入院时间的不同分为两组，每组80例，对照纽采用常规屏气用力、截石住分娩，观察组在产程中采用自由体住分娩分娩。观察两组的分娩情况。结果：观察组的剖宫产率及新生儿窒息率显著低于对照组；观察组总产程时间明显短于对照组，分娩出血量明显少于对照组，胎头下降情况明显多于对照组，P〈0．05，均具有统计学意义。结论：对胎头位置异常分娩产妇采用自由体位分娩，能够降低剖宫产率和新生儿窒息率，加快胎头下降，缩短总产程、减少分娩出血量，值得在临床上推广。
