尿激酶治疗包裹性结核性胸腔积液的影像学观察

Imaging observation of urokinase in the treatment of encapsulated tuberculous pleural effusion

目的：探究尿激酶治疗包裹性结核性胸腔积液的影像学观察。方法：选取我院从2004年2月到2014年2月期间接收治疗的120例包裹性结核性胸腔积液患者，并使用影像学观察方法对其进行治疗。结果：经过治疗，120例患者中显效86例，有效20例，无效14例，治疗总有效率为883％。结论：对包裹性结核性胸腔积液患者采用尿激酶治疗的影像学观察具有重要的临床价值。值得推广使用。

Objective： To explore the imaging observation of urokinase in the treatment of encapsulated tuberculous pleural effusion. Methods ： 120 patients with encapsulated tuberculous pleural effusion received by our hospital from February 2004 to February 2014 were selected. Results： after treatment, 120 cases were markedly effective in 86 cases, effective in 20 cases, invalid in 14 cases, the total effective rate was 88.3%. Conclusion： it is of great clinical value for the treatment of the patients with tuberculous pleural effusion by urokinase. It is worth to be popularized.
