摘要
目的:分析优质护理服务对结核病护理工作满意度的影响。方法:在开展优质护理服务的前后8个月,分别随机抽取医院175名结核病患者,分析实施优质护理服务前后的满意度。结果:患者对于优质护理服务的服务态度、护理技术、药物护理、心理护理、健康教育的满意度都要比没有实施优质护理服务的满意度高,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:通过开展优质护理服务,护理人员的工作积极性被极大地调动起来,有利于提高患者对于护理工作的满意度。
Objective: to analyze quality care services for TB care the impact of job satisfaction. Methods: to carry out high quality nursing service before and after eight months, 175 TB patients were randomly chosen hospital, before and after the analysis of the implementation of high quality nursing service satisfaction. Results : the patients for the high quality ~ervice attitude of nursing service and nursing technology, medical care, psychological care and health education satisfaction will be higher than no implementation of the quality of nursing service satisfaction, P 〈 0. 05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion : by developing high quality nursing service, nursing staffs work enthusiasm is greatly a- roused, improve patients for the nursing job satisfaction.
