针刺拔罐发泡疗法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎48例的疗效观察

目的：观察自拟针刺拔罐发泡疗法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效，方法：48例随机分成两组，治疗组组采用针灸拔罐发泡疗法，对照组采用常规针灸治疗，结果：总有效率92．3％，对照组72．7％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），结论，针刺拔罐发泡法治疗肌筋膜炎有较好的临床效果。

Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and cupping therapy, self foaming back myofascitis method ： 48 patients were randomly divided in- to two groups, treatment group with acupuncture cupping vesiculation therapy, t.he control group with routine acupuncture treatment, results： the total effective rate was 92. 3% , control group 72.7%, two groups had significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） conclusion acupuncture, cupping, foaming method for the treatment of muscle faseiitis has better clinical effect.
