中西医结合并心理疏导治疗高血压合并焦虑症的治疗效果

目的：研究探讨中西医结合并。理疏导治疗方法对高血压合并焦虑症患者的临床治疗效果。方法：随机选取我院2013年1月-2014年3月收治的150名高血压合并焦虑症患者作为研究对象，在经本院伦理委员会批准及患者家属本人同意知情的情况下，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各75名患者，分析对比研究两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：研究组患者高血压合并焦虑症的临床治疗效果优于对照组患者高血压合并焦虑症的临床治疗效果，两组患者组间对比差异明显，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合并l心理疏导对高血压并发焦虑症有明显的临床治疗效果，适合于大范围的临床推广使用。

Objective： To investigate the treatment of psychological counseling in the clinical treatment of hypertension and integrative medicine and patients with anxiety disor- ders. Methods ： in our hospital in January 2013 - March 2014 were treated 150 patients with hypertension and anxiety as a research object, approved by the hospital ethics committee and informed consent of family members of patients in the ease, were randomly divided into study group and the control group, 75 patients in each group, comparative study of two groups of patients analyzed clinical outcomes. Results： The clinical outcome study in patients with hypertension and anxiety group is superior clinical outcomes in patients with hypernsiou and anxiety in the control group, comparison between two groups of patients was significantly different, statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Integrative and psychological counseling for hypertension accompanied with anxiety disorders have a significant clinical effect, suitable for a wide range of clinical use.
