摘要
随着医学科学本身的发展和社会对医学人才要求的提高,传统的“以学科为中。”的三段式医学教育教学模式的弊端日益显现,新的“以器官系统为中l心”的医学教学模式的优势日益显现。此种教学模式淡化了学科意识,强调了基础与临床课程之间的系统性和完整性,减少了学科间内容的重复,体现了知识与能力的相互关系。本文从现状、改革所面临的问题与思考两大方面对我国已开展“以器官系统为中心”教学模式改革的院校进行分析,希望对医学教学模式改革的未来发展有所助益。
With the development of medical science and the improvement of requirements for medical talents, the disadvantages of discipline centered teaching model and the ad- vantages of organ system based integrated teaching model are highlighted. New teaching model played down the subject consciousness, emphasizes the systemic and integrity between basic and clinical courses, reduce the repetition between, the subjects, reflect the relationship between knowledge and ability. This article discusses from current situations, difficulties and solutions to reform, in hope of helping the development of the teaching model reform in the future.
