颅内包虫病一例并文献分析

目的：探讨颅内包虫病临床诊断及治疗。方法：本次选取2014年12月本院收治的颅内包虫痛患者1例，回顾其临床诊断及治疗资料。结果：术后，患者癫痫、恶心、头痛等症状均消失，术前肌力Ⅲ级，术后恢复为V-级，随访未见复发情况。结论：针对颅内包虫病者，需积极询问病史．依据影像学检查结果，明确诊断，及时采取适当的手术方案治疗，可显著改善预后，减少疾病复发，对保障患者生命安全、远期生存质量意义重大。
