Analysis of the Dynamic Mechanism of Graduate Students Joint Training Program by Universities and Research Institutes in the View of Stakeholder Theory

利益相关者理论给校所联合培养的动力机制提供了新颖的分析框架。从校所联合培养利益相关者的内涵出发,对促进校所合作的动力因素进行分类。通过研究各校所利益相关者的利益需求,进而分析他们对校所合作的展开与发展起到的实际作用,以期为该理论在校所联合培养动力机制的深入研究和实践方面提供有价值的启发。

Stakeholder theory provides a novel analytical analytic framework to the dynamic mechanism of joint training by universities and research institutes.From the view of the connotation of stakeholders＇ joint training,this paper firstly classifies the driven factors for the cooperation between universities and research institutes; and secondly analyzes the stakeholders＇ actual role in the starting and development of joint training by interest and need analysis.This paper is designed to provide a valuable reference for in-depth study and practice of stakeholder theory on the dynamic mechanism of joint training by universities and research institutes.
