文科研究生学习状况的问题表征、归因分析及教育对策 被引量:1

摘要 研究生的学习状况关系到研究生的培养质量,是社会各界关注的一个焦点问题。针对文科研究生的学习状况,通过调查问卷和访谈方法进行实证分析发现:文科研究生的学习状况总体呈现良好状态,但仍存在诸如对学习缺乏持久热情、对学术认识不深、学习动机不纯、发展盲目从众等问题。对此,采用多维视角进行了归因分析,并从学校、导师、社会、自身等方面提出了相应的对策,从而营造成良好的学习风气,全面提高研究生的人才培养质量。 Graduate students' learning situation influences the quality of graduate education,and has become a hotspot issue which attracts serious attention from all walks of life.This paper uses questionnaires and interviews to analyze graduate students' learning situation in liberal arts.The statistical analysis shows that graduate students' learning situation in liberal arts is in good condition generally,but there are still some problems,such as the lack of lasting enthusiasm for learning,superficial understanding of academy,low learning motivation,and blind conformity in their development.This paper then conducts attribution analysis from a multi-dimensional perspective,and brings forward relevant countermeasures to create a good learning atmosphere and to improve talent training quality comprehensively from the view of universities,mentors,society,graduate students,etc.,
