摘要
本文综述了核桃营养价值和保健功能,展示了核桃仁、核桃木、核桃叶、核桃青皮、核桃壳的加工技术,阐述了核桃综合利用研究方向,并探索其发展前景。
The nutrition and health care functions of walnut were reviewed. The technologies in pro- cessing of kernel of walnut, leaves of walnut tree, green skin of walnut as well as the shell of walnut were presented.
