祁连圆柏嫩枝扦插育苗不同处理对苗期生长的影响研究

Propagation of Sabina przewalskii Kom.by Tender Shoot Cutting and the Effect of Different Treatments on Seedling Growth

选择健壮、无病虫害当年生的半木质化嫩枝为试验材料,以扦插基质、植物生长调节剂、扦插时间等不同处理对祁连圆柏嫩枝进行扦插试验,研究祁连圆柏嫩枝扦插繁殖育苗的影响因素,选出干旱区适宜祁连圆柏嫩枝扦插繁殖育苗的扦插基质、生长调节剂及扦插日期,为今后大量繁殖祁连圆柏苗木提供理论依据。通过试验得出:不同的处理方法均可提高祁连圆柏嫩枝枝条扦插的成活率、株高、平均根数和平均根长,但土壤+珍珠岩+羊粪为育苗基质,NAA为植物生长调节剂,6月5日为扦插日期处理祁连圆柏嫩枝扦插,所得到的效果最好。

Cutting experiment was carried out by tender shoot cutting of Sabina przewalskii Kom. , with different treatment applied： media, growth regulator and time for cutting, in order to find out the suitable medium, growth regulator and date for cutting. The result showed that different treatments all contributed to the cutting survival, ＋perlite＋sheep manures as medium, NAA are best combination. plant height, number of roots and length of roots. Soil as growth regulator and 5th June as the date for cutting are best combination.
