生态型集体林权制度改革的实践——黄柏塬村案例研究

Collective Forest Tenure Reform for Ecological Function-Oriented Forest——A Case of Huangbaiyuan Village

对陕西省太白县黄柏塬村村集体林权制度改革面临的问题进行了描述,分析了问题产生的原因及其对林权制度改革的影响。分析结果表明:林改形式应多样化,要确保林农从中受益,拓宽林农增收的渠道,并不断完善林改政策。

Collective forest tenure reform in Huangbaiyuan Village was studied in terms of its problems,reasons concerned and the influence generated.The result indicated that the form of collective forest tenure should be diversified to make sure of the benefit for farmers involved,more channels of income generation for farmers,policies improvement of collective forest tenure reform.
