摘要
湿地保护与恢复工程实施十余年来,国家投入大量资金,建设成效如何?本文通过对45个评估样本进行全面分析,总结了湿地保护与恢复工程的建设成效、经验和存在问题,并对今后工程建设提出了合理化建议。
