摘要
高新技术产业园区是一个国家或地区技术创新、成果转化的重要基地,是经济持续发展的驱动器,对产业结构的优化也具有重大影响,而科技创新则是高新技术产业园区发展的源动力。因此,本文:首先,对中国高新技术产业园区的发展现状及科技金融对其的支持现状进行分析,分析其投入产出状态;其次,根据分析结果提出我国科技金融在支持高新技术产业园区发展中的存在的问题;最后,根据问题并基于科技金融角度提出适合高新技术产业园区发展的对策建议。
High tech Industrial Park is an important base for technological innovation and achievement transformation of a country or region,and it is the sustainable development of the economy？drive,optimization of the industrial structure also has a significant impact,and the scientific and technological innovation is the source motive force of the development of high and new technology industrial park. Therefore, this paper firstly analyzes the high and new technology industrial park development status and also analysis the input and output state;secondly,according to the results of the analysis put forward the problems existing in the development of science and technology finance in support of high and new technology industry park in our country;Finally,according to the problems put forward countermeasures and suggestions for high tech Industrial Park based on the perspective of science and technology finance.
