中小城市边缘区空间紧凑发展研究——以开封市复兴大道沿线区域为例

近年来城镇化发展的重心逐渐向中小城市转移,为满足城镇化的需要中小城市不断进行城市空间的拓展。中小城市边缘区由于拥有便利的对外交通条件和优质的自然环境资源,在城市空间拓展过程中得到越来越多的青睐。本文以开封市复兴大道沿线区域为例,对中小城市边缘区的设施布局、住区建设、区域人流特征和空间发展等多方面进行分析。以紧凑型城市理论为基础,提出用地强度、空间结构、土地开发等多方面紧凑城市空间发展优化引导方式,为中小城市边缘区的发展提供有效的理论支撑和借鉴。

The focus of urbanization development has shifted to.small-medium area recently, which constantly conduct expansion in space so as to meet the requirement of urbanization. Small -medium urban fringe area enjoy overwhelming favorite in the process of space expansion due to their convenient traffic condition and quality natural environmental resources. This paper takes the area along Renaissance Avenue in Kaifeng as an example to conduct analysis on facility layout, living area construction, regional flow characteristics, spatial development and other terms in small -medium urban fringe areas, which based on the theory of compact city to optimize guide way by land development. spatial structure, traffic guide and other terms as well as provide effective theoretical support and reference for development in small -medium urban fringe area.
