摘要
利用碳晶膜作为发火元件制作了碳晶电点火桥,研究了碳晶填量及脚线极距对点火桥发火性能的影响,并比较了5种药剂的碳晶点火桥发火感度,同时对碳晶电点火桥进行了脚-脚间抗静电性能测试。结果表明:当电极塞凹槽面积一定、碳晶填量为1.2mg、脚线极距为2.4mm时,碳晶电点火桥最小全发火电压最低为17.3V(电容47μF),且在一定范围内,随着碳晶填量的增加,点火桥最小全发火电压先下降后上升;在一定范围内极距越大,最小全发火电压越大;5种药剂碳晶点火桥发火感度从高到低依次为:斯蒂芬酸铅、叠氮化铅、硝酸肼镍、B/KNO3、苦味酸铅;此外,点火桥脚-脚间抗静电电压大于50k V。
Carboncrystal(CC) electric ignition bridge has been prepared by using carbon crystal as ignition components, the impact of the mass of carbon crystal and foot line spacing on the ignition bridge performance was studied, and the ignition sensitivity of five kinds of explosive was compared, at the same time, the experiment of foot-foot antistatic was carried out. Results show that the ignition bridge attains the lowest minimum total ignition voltage of 17.3V, when the quantity of carbon crystal is 1.2mg, and the foot line spacing is 2.4mm. Within a certain range, with the increase of carbon crystal filling quantity, the minimum total ignition voltage drop before they rise, and within a certain range, the bigger of foot line spacing, the higher of the minimum total ignition voltage. The order of electro-spark sensitivity from high to low is lead styphnate, lead azide, nickel hydrazine nitrate, B/KNO3 ,lead picrate. Meanwhile, the carbon crystal electric ignition bridge has good foot-foot antistatic performance of 50kV.
