摘要
商务部公布《外国投资法(草案征求意见稿)》,取消全面审批制,实行准入前国民待遇加负面清单管理模式。本文在介绍新《外国投资法》的主要内容和意义基础上,分析了该法实施对当前外商投资企业外汇管理产生的影响,并提出相关意见和建议。
Ministry of Commerce of the People Republic of China published the new foreign investment law to take advice recently. The system of comprehensive examination and approval will be cancelled. Meanwhile, the national treatment before admitted and the management mode of the negative list will be implement in future. By introducing the main content of the law and its significance, this article analyzes its influence on exchange management, and gives some relative suggestions.
