Based on the characteristics of financial ecological environment in Liuzhou in the transformation period from the old economic development model to the new one, the paper analyzes the current opportunities and challenges which Liuzhou＇ s financial industry is facing, and then come up with the countermeasures of the healthy development of Liuzhou＇ s financial industry in the future.
