摘要
目的:探讨Clusterin(聚集蛋白,CLU)、Bax在大肠腺癌进展过程中的表达情况、作用及其之间的相关性。方法:利用免疫组织化学法检测CLU、Bax蛋白的表达情况,分析其表达结果与临床病理间的关系。结果:CLU在大肠腺癌中的表达明显高于大肠正常黏膜(P<0.01),表达情况与有无淋巴结转移、浸润程度、Dukes分期及肿瘤组织分化程度呈正相关(P<0.01),与性别及年龄无关。CLU与Bax的表达呈负相关(r=-0.58,P<0.01)。结论:CLU高表达与Bax的低表达在大肠腺癌的发生过程中起到重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the Clusterin(CLU) and Bax in colorectal cancer progression of the expression, function and the relationship between. Methods: The expression of CLU was detected by immunohistochemistry, Bax protein, to analyze the relationship between the expression and the clinical pathological results. Results:The expression of CLU in colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that of normal colorectal mucosa(P〈0.01), expression and lymph node metastasis, invasion, Dukes stage and differentiation of tumor tissue was positively correlated(P〈0.01), but has nothing to do with gender and age. Expression of CLU was negatively correlated with Bax(r=-0.58, P〈0.01). Conclusion: The high expression of CLU and low expression of Bax plays an Important role in the process of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
