血必净联合激素在脓毒血症的急诊处理方面的疗效分析

Analysis of Xuebijing Injection Combined with Hormone in Sepsis Emergency Treatment the Curative Effect

目的:探讨血必净联合激素对急诊脓毒血症的处理效果。方法:40例急诊脓毒血症患者随机双盲法分为两组,各20例,对照组常规急诊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行血必净联合激素治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应、APACHEII评分、降钙素原(PCT)等指标。结果:观察组28d存活率高于对照组,无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组治疗1周APACHEII评分、CRP、PCT水平显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:血必净联合激素能明显减轻脓毒血症患者炎症反应,不良反应少,患者存活率高。

Objective： To investigate the treatment effect of emergency sepsis, Xuebijing combined with Hormone. Methods： 40 cases of emergency department sepsis patients randomized, double blind method were divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group, while the control group adopted routine emergency treatment, observation group in the control group based on the uplink of Xuebijing combined with Hormone in the treatment, clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups, adverse reactions, before and after the treatment, APACHE II score, calcitonin angiotensinogen（PCT） and other indicators. Results： The survival rate of 28 d in observation group was higher than that in control group, no significant difference（P〉0.05）, the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, P〈0.05. APACHEII score, CRP and PCT levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 1 weeks, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Xuebijing combined with Hormone can significantly reduce sepsis in patients with inflammatory reaction, less adverse reaction, improve the survival rate of the patients.
