某健康管理中心精细化管理方法的实践与应用

Practice and Application of Methods of Intensive Management of Health Management Center

目的：分析研究健康管理中心精细化管理方法的应用价值。方法：选取2009年1月～2012年2月在我院进行体检者1771人（基线组）。另选2012年3月～2014年3月在我院进行体检者1979人（终末组）,对1979人采取精细化管理模式,对基线组与终末组的干预效果给予分析研究。结果：精细化管理模式应用后,在候诊人数、抽血等待时间、体检总时间均明显缩短,终末组体检人员对健康管理中心的体检流程合理性、体检质量、服务态度的满意度较基线组时有明显提高（P〈0.05）。结论：健康管理中心精细化管理方法,提升了管理效率,降低成本,提升工作效率。

Objective： To investigate the application method of the research on the fine management of health management center. Methods：From 2009 January～2012 year in February in our hospital for physical examination of 1771 people（baseline group）. Elected in 2012 March～2014 march in our hospital for medical examination in 1979（the end group）. In 1979 people take fine management mode, of groups at baseline and end group intervention effect analysis is given to the study. Results： After the application of fine management mode, in the number of waiting, blood waiting time and the total time of examination were significantly shortened, end group in the last examination personnel of health management center examination flow rationality, medical quality, service attitude of satisfaction compared to the baseline group has improved significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The method of fine management of health management center, improve management efficiency, reduce cost, improve work efficiency.
