高校贫困生“人际关系贫困”初探

当前,大学生人际关系不甚理想,尤其是家庭经济困难的学生,受社会环境、家庭环境及本人等因素的影响,人际关系存在较为普遍的问题,具有明显的人际交往困难。严重影响了他们的学习、生活及成长与成才,应加强对他们的引导和教育。通过完善贫困生资助体系、引导贫困学生提升自我、建立和谐的班级文化及加强贫困生人际交往技巧的训练等措施,意在缓解当前贫困生人际关系的困境。

At present, the interpersonal relationship of undergraduates is not as ideal as expected, especially the students from poverty-stricken families. Affected by such factors as society, families and themselves, those students have common problems in this aspect with difficulties in interpersonal communication. As it has a serious effect on their study, daily life, development and success, it is essential to strengthen guidance and education to them. In order to alleviate the distress of their current interpersonal relationship, the following measures are to be taken： improving financial aid system, guiding them to improve themselves, establishing harmonious class culture and enhance their skill training of interpersonal communication, etc.
