信息传播是社会生活的重要组成部分,技术的发展为信息传播提供多元化的媒介。从最原始的口头传播到以纸为载体的书籍和报纸,再到依靠电波发送信息的广播,乃至当下占主导地位的电视和新媒体,媒介的发展拓宽了公共领域的范围,更为民众的政治参与提供了更为宽广的平台,而媒介形态的变化也对政治信息的传播产生了深刻的影响。

Information dissemination is an important part of social life, and the development of technology provides divel^ified media for it. The development of media broadens the scope of public domain, from the most primitive oral communication to books and newspapers with paper as a carrier, then to broadcast messages sending by radio waves, even to predominant televisions and new media nowadays; it also provides larger platforms for people＇s political participation. And the development of media exerts a profound influence on political information transmission.
