不同元素掺杂纳米CuO及常温脱除H_2S性能

摘要 采用沉淀法制备出不同元素掺杂的纳米氧化铜,以硫化氢为目标污染物,考察了不同元素对纳米氧化铜除臭性能的影响,并利用XRD表征技术进行了晶粒尺寸测试.研究结果表明,铁、锌和铈掺杂到纳米氧化铜中,提高了纳米氧化铜的除臭活性,且随着掺杂量的不同,活性呈现出一定的变化规律;当Ce/Cu物质的量配比为6/100时,硫化氢的穿透时间最长可达360 min,与纳米氧化铜相比较,除臭活性可提高40%以上;而锌和铁元素的掺杂,仅使纳米氧化铜的除臭活性提高20%左右.XRD测试表明,元素掺杂对纳米氧化铜的晶粒尺寸影响不大,且未发现明显的规律性. Nano- Cu O doped with different elements was prepared by precipitation in the present research. The effects of different elements on the nano- Cu O deodorizing properties were inspected with the hydrogen sulfide as the target pollutants,and the grain size was characterized using XRD. The results indicated that the nano- Cu O doped with iron,zinc and cerium had improved the deodorizing activity showing a certain activity of the variation with different doping amount. When the Ce / Cu molar ratio was 6 /100,the H2 S breakthrough time could reach to 360 min at most compared to the nano- Cu O,and the deodorant activity could be increased by 40% or more; while the zinc and iron doping,only about 20%. The XRD tests showed that the element doping had little effect on the grain size without significant regularity.
