浅谈监理部痕迹管理的应用
摘要
监理部实行痕迹管理对监理日常管理的规范化、优质化能起到积极作用。同时痕迹管理也能很好地提升监理的企业竞争力、加强监理人员履职能力和工作积极性。重点提出了痕迹管理在监理工程质量、安全监督及监理内业方面的具体应用,为新工程借鉴痕迹管理提供了经验。
