摘要
目的:探讨孕早期血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素β(β-HCG)与血脂对妊娠期高血压疾病的预测价值。方法:选取150例孕早期(10~14周)产妇为研究对象,其中23例发生妊娠期高血压疾病者为观察组,未发生妊娠期高血压疾病者为对照组,观察比较两组患者血清β-HCG与血脂系列检测结果。结果:观察组患者β-HCG存在明显的异常上升,TC、TG、LDL-C、LP(a)等指标均高于对照组,HDL-C低于对照组,β-HCG与血脂检测敏感性与特异性良好,联合检测敏感性与特异性、准确性显著高于单一检测。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病患者孕早期血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素β有明显的异常增高和血脂代谢异常,联合监测敏感性与特异性良好,是妊娠期高血压疾病早期预测的理想监测指标。
Objective: To discuss value of serum human chorionic gonadotropin β( β-HCG) and blood lipid in early stages of pregnancys in predicting hypertensive disorders complicating with pregnancy. Methods: 150 cases of early pregnant women( 10- 14 weeks) were selected as the research objects,and their outcome was followed. 23 cases of pregnant women occurred hypertensive disorders were in the observation group,those did not as the control group. Serum human chorionic gonadotropin β and blood lipid results of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: β-HCG of the patients in the observation group were obviously increased,TC,TG,LDL-C,LP( a) indictors etc were all higher than those of control group,HDL-C was lower than that of control group. The sensitivity and specificity of β-HCG combined with blood lipid were good,better than those of single detection.Conclusion: Serum human chorionic gonadotropin β is abnormally increased in early pregnant patients complicating with hypertensive disorder,who have obvious abnormal metabolism of serum lipids. The combination test of blood lipid and β-HCG,an ideal monitoring index for early prediction of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy,has a good sensitivity and specificity.
