对既有线重载列车开行制动控制问题的探讨

摘要 分析国内既有线路重载列车开行过程中存在的制动效果减弱、制动模式不统一等问题,提出改变牵引模式和制动模式的解决方案。经理论设计和实际验证得出,在既有机车上对制动控制部分进行改造,加装电—空转换制动接口、无线同步控制计算机系统、管压流量监测装置等设备,能够为重载列车开行提供安全保障。 The article analyses problems in the operation of heavy haul trains along existing railway lines, including weakening brake efficiency and non-uniform brake modes, etc. It puts forward a solution to change the traction and brake modes. Based on theoretical design and practical validation, it is concluded that the safe operation of heavy haul trains can be guranteed by transforming the brake controls of the existing trains, specifically speaking, to mount brake interface based on electro-pneumatic conversion, wireless synchro-control computer system, pipe pressure & flowrate monitor and other equipment.
