2005—2013年厦门口岸境外人员传染病监测结果分析

Surveillance on infectious diseases among foreigners at Xiamen ports from 2005 to 2013

目的了解入境境外人员(含外籍和港、澳、台同胞,下同)传染病情况,为加强和完善入境人员健康管理提供参考依据。方法对2005—2013年厦门口岸入境境外人员传染病监测数据及相关流行病学调查研究资料进行统计分析。结果厦门口岸入境境外人员以商务人员和留学人员为主,共占88.51%。共检出疾病及指标异常者976例,检出率5.68%,其中乙肝表面抗原阳性者最多,检出数量为844例,检出率为4.91%;梅毒感染者53例,检出率为0.31%;艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者21例,检出率0.12%。不同职业的检出率存在差异,其中劳务人员的检出率最高,为25.27%,其次为涉外婚姻22.73%,交通员工18.29%。结论应加强对劳务人员、涉外婚姻人员和交通员工等重点人群的传染病体检监测,完善对入境境外人员艾滋病及性病感染者的健康管理,防止传染病由境外传入。

Objective To investigate the infectious diseases among foreigners at Xiamen ports, and to provide a reference on improving the healthcare management among foreigners. Methods The disease surveillance results and epidemiological investigations among foreigners at Xiamen ports from 2005 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed by statistics. Results Businessmen and foreign students were the main groups of the foreigners at Xiamen ports,accounted for 88.51% in all. A total of 976 cases of infectious diseases and abnormal, the detection rate was 5.68%.In which, the number of HBs Ag positive were 844 cases, the detection rate was 4.91%; Syphilis infection 53 cases,the detection rate was 0.31%; HIV infection 21 cases, the detection rate was 0.12%. There were statistically significant differences in the detection rates of infectious diseases among the foreigners with different occupation, in which, the group of the laborers was the highest（25.27%）, followed by international marriage（22.73%） and traffic staffs（18.29%）. Conclusion The groups of the laborers, international marriage and the traffic staffs were the key groups which must be strengthen monitored. The healthcare management among foreigners with HIV positive and sextransimmitted diseases infection should be enhanced, to preventing the spread of infectious diseases.
