The moisture content of grain is an important index, which has an important significance for rapid, accurate determination. This paper summarizes and analyses the detection methods, the measurement principle, the measuring characteristics and the technical status of all kinds of grain in domestic and overseas. The future direction of grain moisture detection technology is put forward, which is to provide theoretical basis for who en- gage in the research of grain moisture content or related fields.
