中型谷冷机处理平房仓偏高水分玉米的试验

摘要 偏高水分玉米入仓后,首先要在低温季节进行冷却降水通风,将水分控制在16.0%以内;其次选用功率适中的中型谷冷机对粮堆及时降温处理,将粮堆整体粮温控制在20℃准低温状态,稳定粮情;在保管后期采取空调控温、单管通风机组处理发热点等措施,可以确保整仓玉米安全度夏,取得较好保管效果。另外,正确使用谷冷机,与节能降耗、降低谷冷成本关系密切。 When the corn were already in warehouse, first of all, should take measures such as cooling precipitation and ventilation to control the high moisture of corn under 16%; secondly, the temperature of grain should be controlled under 20 ℃ by using the moderate power of medium-sized grain cooler to stabilizing corn; make corn safety by taking measures of using conditioning to control the temperature, and using ventilation unit to deal with hot spots, in the late part of storage. In addition, saving energy and reducing the cost of cooling cereal are affected by the proper using of grain cooler.
