江苏省盐城地区沿海滩涂野生枸杞资源调查与质量分析评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对江苏省盐城地区沿海滩涂的野生枸杞资源进行调查及质量分析评价,为该地区野生枸杞资源保护和开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用踏查和随机设置样方对东台的野生枸杞资源进行调查,观测沿海滩涂野生枸杞资源的分布、生长环境、生长特性、群落类型及伴生植物等;通过对总黄酮类、总生物碱类、总糖类、阿魏酸等资源性化学成分的分析,对产自江苏省东台、南京及山西等地的地骨皮药材进行了品质评价。结果:江苏盐城地区沿海滩涂野生枸杞资源分布密度较高,尤其是农田地埂、河堤;江苏东台与南京、山西闻喜县产地骨皮药材相比,其所含总黄酮类和总生物碱类的含量较高,但水溶性总糖类的含量明显低于后者,尚含有一定量的阿魏酸化学成分。结论:江苏盐城沿海滩涂地区适宜枸杞生长,质量优良,为我国沿海滩涂盐渍化地区枸杞资源的保护利用和生产布局提供参考和借鉴。 Objective: To investigate and evaluate Lycium chinense resources in coastal tidal mudflat of Yancheng Jiangsu Province, and provide the basis for protection and development of L. chinense resources. Methods: On the basis of reconnoiter and sample-plot surveys, the resources distribution, habits, growth characteristics, community types and associated plants of L. chinense in Dongtai were investigate. The quality of Cortex Lycii Radicis from Dongtai, Shanxi and Nanjingwas analyzed and evaluated through the determination of the soluble sugar, total flavonoids, total alkaloids, ferulic acid. Results : The resources distribution density of L. chinense of coastal tidal mudflat in Yancheng Jiangsu was high, especially in farndand ridge and valleys. The content of tatal flavonoids and total alkaloids is relative high, which were 13. 735 nag·g^-1 and 55. 619 mg·g^-1 , respectively, the soluble sugar content of Cortex Lycii Radicis from Dongtai was 3. 951% , significantly lower than that of Cortex Lycii Radicis from Nanjing and Wenxi, the content of ferulic acid was 23. 452 μg·g^-1. Conclusion : Yancheng Jiangsu coastal tidal mudflat area 'is suitable to grow L. chinense, the quality is good. The study provides a reference for the development and utilization of L. chinense in coastal tidal mudflat in Yancheng Jiangsu.
