摘要
目的:在人参皂苷的生产中,根据其不同部位、不同产地、不同年限的差异选择适宜的提取分离样品。方法:采用HPLC法测定不同产地园参和石柱参不同部位人参皂苷化合物的含量。结果:提取人参皂苷Rg1时建议优先选择桓仁7年生园参;提取人参皂苷Re时建议选用低年限的人参样品;提取人参皂苷Rb1时建议选用须根。结论:不同年限、不同产地、不同部位的人参皂苷含量差异较大,研究为增加人参皂苷的提取率、降低生产成本提供参考。
Objective: To determined the ginsenosides content in different parts of cultivated Panax ginseng of varied origin, growing years, for the purpose of ginsenoside production. Methods: The content of ginsenosides was determined by HPLC. Results: Rg1 was enriched in seven years old cultivated ginseng. The content of Re was related with growing years of ginseng. Rb1 was enriched in fibrous. Conclusion: Ginsenosides content varies with ginseng origin, age and parts. This research aims to help promote the ginsenoside extraction efficiency.
