深厚砂层及卵砾石层中成槽的TRD工法挖掘液配制方法与应用

Digging Fluid Preparation Method and It's Application of TRD Method in Deep Sand and Gravel Layer

利用膨润土配制的挖掘液泥浆适用于黏性土、粉质土层中的TRD工法成槽,经过改进后的挖掘液配制方法更适用于以砂层及卵砾石层为主的地层内成槽施工。结合工程实例,详细介绍了以黏土(颗粒度调整材料)代替膨润土的挖掘液配制计算方法。实践证明,在TRD工法施工过程中,该种以颗粒度调整材料配制的挖掘液在深厚砂层和卵、砾石地层为主的地层中有良好的适应性。

Digging fluid prepared by bentonite is used for TRD method in cohesive soil and silty soil. The improved method is more suitable for sand and gravel layer. Based on engineering practice, this paper mainly introduced calculation method of digging fluid preparation using cohesive soil instead of bentonite. Engineering practice shows that this improved digging fluid is suitable for TRD method in deep sand and gravel layer.
