摘要
为了保证船用防爆电机表面防腐蚀性能满足要求,通过对一系列涂料进行霉菌试验、耐化学气体试验、耐盐雾试验、交变湿热试验试验,最终筛选出满足GB/T 7060-2008要求的涂覆方案。最终涂层结构为:无机硅酸锌底漆、环氧云铁中间漆、丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆。
In order to ensure the corrosion resistance of marine explosion- proof motor,Through the mould test,chemical gas test,salt spray test,alternating damp heat test for multi- coating material,the coating plan which meets the requirements of GB / T7060- 2008 is selected. The final coating scheme： inorganic zinc silicate primer,epoxy micaceous iron oxide paint,acrylic polyurethane topcoat.
