黑逍遥散联合肾四味对乳腺癌大鼠类更年期症状的影响

Effect of Heixiaoyaosan combined with Shensiwei on climacteric syndrome of rats with breast cancer

目的观察黑逍遥散联合肾四味预防他莫昔芬引起的乳腺癌大鼠的类更年期症状的影响。方法60只大鼠腹腔注射MNU溶液,构建大鼠的乳腺癌模型。大鼠随机分为3组:A组(空白对照组)20只,B组(他莫西芬对照组)20只,C组(黑逍遥散联合肾四味组)20只。比较3组大鼠的生存率、行为学评分、体质量、血脂和激素水平的变化。结果经过24周,A组大鼠生存率35.00%(7/20),B组和C组大鼠生存率均为75.00%(15/20)。3组大鼠的生存率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组和C组大鼠的行为学评分和雌激素、孕激素水平无统计学意义(P>0.05),与A、C组大鼠相比,B组大鼠的行为学评分和雌激素、孕激素明显下降(P<0.05)。A组和B组大鼠的体质量无统计学意义(P>0.05),C组大鼠的体质量明显高于A、B组大鼠(P<0.05)。各组大鼠的CHO、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C水平无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黑逍遥散联合肾四味能有效预防乳腺癌大鼠因应用他莫昔芬导致的类更年期症状,且安全性较高。

Objective To study the preventive effect of heixiaoyaosan combined with shensiwei on the climacteric syndrome ofratsinducedbytamoxifenduringthetreatmentofbreastcancer.Methods 60S-DratsweregivenMNUthroughntraperi-toneal injection to build breast cancer models ,all rats were dividened into 3 groups randomly ,20 in group A （control group） ,20 in group B （Tamoxifen group） and 20 in group C （Heixiaoyaosan combined with Shensiwei group） .Compare the survival rate ,behavioral grade ,body mass ,blood fat and concentration of estrogen and progestin among 3 groups .Results After 24 w ,the survial rate of group A is 35 .00% （7/20 ） ,of group B and C are both 75 .00% （15/20 ） ,the difference a-mong 3 groups has statistical significance （ P〈0 .05 ） .Group A and group C have no statistical difference in behavioral grade as well as blood fat and concentration of estrogen and progestin（ P〉0 .05） ,those in group B lower ,the difference has statis-tical significance（ P〈0 .05） .Group A and group B have no statistical difference in body mass（ P〉0 .05） ,it is higher in group B ,the difference has statistical significance（ P〈0 .05） .The difference of CHO ,TG ,HDL-C and LDL-C among three groups has no statistical significance （ P〉0 .05 ） .Conclusion Heixiaoyaosan combined with Shensiwei can prevent the cli-macteric syndrome of rats induced by tamoxifen ,and security is reliable .
