中药调节大肠癌患者免疫功能的研究进展

Regulating immune function in patients with colorectal carcinoma by traditional Chinese medicine

目的免疫失调是影响肿瘤发生发展、复发转移的重要因素,是大肠癌治疗重要的靶点。从中药调节大肠癌免疫功能进行探讨,为临床治疗提供依据。方法从单味中药、中药复方、有效成分、中药联合化疗等方面系统综述中药调节对大肠癌特异性和非特异性免疫功能影响的研究进展。结果大肠癌患者的特异性免疫、非特异性免疫均有失调,中药治疗对两方面皆有显著调节作用。结论中药在大肠癌的治疗方面除具有改善临床症状、提高生活质量、延长生存期方面作用外,在免疫调节方面具有毒副作用小、双向调节的独特优势。

Objective Immunity dysfunction is one of the important factors for tumor genesis ,growth ,recurrence and metas-tasis ,and it is the important target in the treatment of colorectal cancer by using Traditional Chinese Medicine .Studying im-mune regulation of colorectal cancer by TCM ,to provide thebasis data for clinical treatment .Methods The thesis mainly expounds the progress of regulating immune function in patients with colorectal carcinoma by single Chinese herbal medicine ,compound Chinese herbal medicine ,active ingredient ,Chinese herbs combined with chemotherapy from two as-pects ,that is ,the specific immunity and the nonspecific immunity .Results The specific immunity and the nonspecific im-munity immunity of patients with colorectal carcinoma are affected ,Chinese medicine treatment has obvious regulation .Con-clusion TCM is in addition to improve the clinical symptoms ,improve life quality ,prolong the survival function ,espescially it has the unique advantage of small toxic effect and bidirectional regulation in immune regulation .
