摘要
运用基于DEA的非参数Malmquist指数方法研究了2002~2011年10年间我国27个省份高校技术转移TFP的变动及其分解,并就纯技术效率的收敛问题进行了进一步探讨。研究发现:全要素生产率年均下降9.1%,技术衰退是主要原因;技术效率年均增长2.1%,纯技术效率提高是主要原因;10年间,技术转移效率呈现较大的时间波动和地区不平衡;纯技术效率在全国范围内及东、中、西部呈显著收敛趋势,落后地区向先进地区的学习与追赶效应显著。
This paper apply DEA--Malmquist index to analyze the dynamic change and its decomposition of uni- versity technology transfer efficiency of China' s 27 regions during the period of 2002~2011, and the convergence problem of the pure technical efficiency is discussed. The main conclusions are as follows. The TFP of university technology transfer has generally maintained a decline, average annual decline rate of 9.1%, technical recession is mainly driving force; The technical efficiency of university technology transfer has generally maintained a growth, average annual growth rate of 2.1% ,pure technical efficiency is the mainly driving force of the increasing. There are significantly time fluctuations and region unbalanced in university technology transfer efficiency, a convergence trend of the pure technical efficiency is found in the whole nation and in the east,middle,and west regions,the catching-- up effect for the backward areas are obviously appeared.
