摘要
"人才强国"是我国发展战略的重要组成部分,人才培养,尤其是领军型人才研究及培养的进程,在我国产业创新、综合竞争力提高等方面的作用日益显现。基于这种形势,加强我国对领军型人才的研究及培养,形成富有中国特色的人才培养机制刻不容缓。尝试剖析学界关于领军型人才的相关概念,归纳其基本内涵,从而建立起领军型人才从选拔到考核以及人才形成过程中使其保持生机与活力的激励机制,从而使得科技创新领军人物培育具有可持续的发展性。
"Talent" is an important component part of China's development strategy of personnel training, espe- cially the training of personnel in the collar and the progress, in our country the industrial innovation, enhance the comprehensive competitive ability and other aspects of the increasingly important role. Based on this situation, strengthen the research and training of the leading talents of our country, the formation of the rich Chinese charac- teristics of talent cultivation mechanism urgently. This paper tries to analyze the related concept of academic circles on the leading talents, summed up its basic connotation, so as to establish the incentive mechanism of leading talents from formation to the evaluation and selection process of talent to make it keep the vitality and the vigor, which makes technology innovation leader to foster sustainable development with.
